I liked the infrastructure,security and education department mentors/officers.

Dislikes

I did not like the functioning, behavior of seniors, humiliation inside computer department. Women are not secure specially trainees in computer deptt. No Anti-Harrassment cell in office. There is lot of politics. Completely disappointed as a Computer Technical Trainee at National Science Centre.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
