freedom to develop the specialization you would like most. you get excellent exposure and experience different work cultures prevailing in other organizations. There is not much growth opportunity if continue in the organization. with the experience and exposure in NPC you have excellent opportunities in other organizations but you miss the freedom in work.

Opportunity to work in new assignments

Dislikes

There is consistent discrimination in recruitment and promotion. Poor work culture as people are involved in internal politics to take advantage of each other work. The practice of appeasement of boss prevails. The head of the organizations are rarely motivated here. There is a popular saying that this place is considered as a punishment posting for Bureaucrats and thus later are changed more frequenly and at the end or their career they are least enthusiastic to bring latest update to the organization.

There is no system and there is only one person who runs the organisation who is the Director General appointed by Govt and every 2 years the DG changes and new leadership is least bothered to grow the company rather they do their stuffs in the name of organization
