There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond 2 years before which you can not resign.on the job training is not given to new join

...rs who can learn and gain lots of experience. Overall working condition is good. Salary package is average. Management is supportive.

Dislikes

Due recognition is not available for well experienced employees. Politics are there to be faced occasionally.
