Intime salary, job security, work environment, teammates were good

Dislikes

Engineering Service manager harassment on everyday basis even more at OT & ramadan 1 month period, no respect for Indian employees even having food also was an problem for locals due to smell what they feel, discrimination, no ontime appraisals, less basic so less OT amount, salary structure not at all good as per UAE labor laws, even worked without OT amount after management scared employee to fire who are not willing to work for free. No freedom to ask injustice. Regional politics too...

NPCC providing high security for all workers .highly good quality working gears ,enough quantity giving for every section,highly effective and sufficient policies is npcc policy.

Good salary but need some more improvement should be there,no transportation

Nice working environment. Maintain project wise documents / drawings / and other project related documents in one company in built software. Employee can access the same from anywhere in the world. And good team work and benefits are excellent in this company

...s even tough he made mistakes he through the blame to the team and coverup them. There is no growth or increment in salary after you join. And getting promotion is a nightmare.

Salary wise am satisfied they will not deduct a single penny for the extra time work.

Working culture have to be improved. Especially the managers who is not able to provide necessary resources and way to handle the pressure in a tactical way by giving solutions.
