...essary inflating the CTC. FIXED is so low that employee will go into depression. Being a semi government company the compensation policy is worst than private companies. Everyday office. Less public holidays. No Diwali / Birthdays gifts. Stagnant growth due to appraisal on the bell curve system. They expect team work and smooth coordination along with bell curve. Poor management.

...nothing but a zoo. Huge crowd and terrible food offerings that too are not free. Employee has to pay for the food. Management: The most unskillled management. Bunch of confused folks, not knowing what to do with the product and have 0 vision of there own projects.

Only good thing is the exposure to cutting edge technologies and the opportunity to learn a product development from scratch.

Dislikes

...st culture and no work-life balance. Lots of corporate politics and favouritism. Very less salary hikes. Senior management is very bad.
