Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary is always on time, generally on the last of the month and good combination orf government and private people. Bosses are approachable.

Dislikes

No firm HR policy. They even changes the retrospective benefits within whimsical wish which compels employees to go for court cases. It's government status is challenged by its own ministry and then again all benefits are withdrawn including gratuity for the contract employees. It is an experiment ground, may be good content for PhD in HR under IIMs.

I like to work with NMCG and I feel great that I'm also contributing towards Clean Ganga Project, but I am in position of Executive Assistant here and I didn't found any progress & promotion in this field so I want to change my field. Growth is the only reason to change.
