Salary is good for starters but no appraisal and hike will be given. Tenure of max working is fixed for 5 years.

On handling apparatus, skill development, research papers, attending conference, scientist share their experiences and discusses the experiment results with us...... They considering my view in experiments analysis. They provides staff quarters for temporary employees.

Dislikes

we have summit stipend form for salary in that, our guide or project leader signature is required. Here comes the problem. If he satisfy then he will sign. If not, no salary. Most of the temporary employees facing this problem. I did't get last 4 months salary. This type of harassment has to stop and the work pressure is high. No yearly compensation is provided.

Its a great place to learn new things and working environment is, great everyone is humble and co operative in work.working under scientist is great .its a good place to work. There is no issue of living here as they have provided quater for everyone who work here at very nominal price with fooding facilities.

Getting a job here is harder.

The organization provides opportunities to explore and enhance the practical knowledge of the subject studied and its implication in different sections of work industrially or in the development of new products with detailed research and development. I am lucky enough to be a part of it to have an excel in my career pathway.

Exposure to research field.

Dislikes

Castism. 50 percent of the workforce are Bengali and 30 percent odia. They all are filthy people, only give opportunities to people belonging to their cast. Another thing is women ( mostly Bengali) play women cards. There is no need to describe this issue.
