I love this college only for teaching envornment . good to learn new things . seniors are very cooperative . In this medical college I come to know teaching skill, working with latest machine in Central Laboratory and the same time I got very good experiance of administration work over here as a central laboratory in charge .

Dislikes

National medical college is good but we all are facing job security matter. And there is no rules of salary increment .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
