There is no planning regarding every aspects. Eg. Project preparation, crew allotment etc. Growth progress is very slowly and there is Domination of particular nationality.

Iam happpy to work with nmdc.only small request from my side..Past 11 years iam working in this company, and i have total 20 year experience in drydock jobs and ship repair jobs.Iam handling the nmdc slipway for docking our nmdc supporiting vessels.Untill now i didnt get any promotion. Bcoz iam working as foreman and dockmaste in previous company. Its not a complaint only my small request

I like the most when working in this company NMDC is they will assign you in some area or other department which you have a chance to enhance and develop your skills.

LOT OF EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY, POLICIES AND INITIATIVE FROM HR DEPARTMENT.

I FOUND THAT THERE WAS NO MORE SCOPE OF CAREER GROWTH IN THE COMPANY AFTER REACHING A CERTAIN LEVEL. THE COMPANY HAD A STAGNANT POINT WHERE THEY WOULD SIMPLY RETAIN EMPLOYEES WITH OUT CONTINUING TO DEVOLVE THEIR POTENTIAL IN ORDER TO MOVE THE COMPANY FORWARD. LACKED THE NECESSARY FEED BACK WHICH WOULD HAVE HELPED EMPLOYEES PERFORM A HIGHER LEVEL.
