Being a PSU company job is some what secure till the time it does not get shut down by the government. Poor management, Company Policies are confusing, work culture is pathetic as it happens in the Government companies. Being a service provider company, service comes last in the priority list.

Dislikes

bureaucracy, dirty politics, stringent work - life balance, salary is ok-ok, work environment demoralizing, good opportunities for carrier growth, for job security the phrase is said as that the PSU Companies are born to die, so it depends on the policies of the government. poor training management. sync/competitiveness/proficiency/efficiency is missing in teammates which desires a lot. innovation is ok-ok.

Excellent work environment and excellent culture.Teammates are very supportive and management is very transparent.Company policies are provided to flexible customers.office staffs are very co-operative.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.There is a lot of politics,and the management doesn't address our issues.on the job training is not given to freshers..

... During that period I got 4 promotions and 3 transfers. I enjoyed various work. There is lots of scope for training, experience growth, salary + benifits. Transfers gave me chance to meet different people and different place. Work environment, innovation and career, depends on individual attitudes

Dislikes

Newly introduced online core Insurance(EASI) is not employees/customers friendly. Centralised system & so many stepping of authority.

I LIKE WORK IN POWER PROJECTS LIKE HIGH VOLTAGE GIS SUBSTATIONS.AL ARRAB IS A SAUDI BASED COMPANY WORKING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF GIS SUB-STATION AND MEP PROJECTS.

Dislikes

I DON'T LIKE IF THERE IS NO INCREMENT IN SALARY AFTER WORKING LONG TIME IN COMPANY.SHOULD MUST BE INCREMENT PER YEAR AS PER PERFORMANCE.

A prestigious company. Work culture good for both clients & staff, good salary and job satisfaction, good growth in friendly atmosphere, five days a week. Good for job seekers (if Govt. keeps it alive).
