Dislikes

- Salary is very low. - The work is horrible. 80% of it was just running some existing tools with absolutely no coding involved. - No skill building or learning whatsoever. No exposure to relevant technologies and concepts. - Promotions and appraisals are arbitrary and opaque. - Managers are deliberately deceptive and dishonest. Best to avoid the 1 on 1 meetings with them. Just an endless stream of lies. - Benefits and amenities are really bad. - Office location is terrible.

Internal Politics leads to a bad team culture. No good skills learnt that is industry standard and can be applied elsewhere (too many inhouse mediocre tooling). Work is terrible (absolutely boring).

The managers treat technicians very badly. If there is a failure, technicians get the blame. The technicians are: not given time for skill development/to learn something loaded with work affected by the bias between engineers and technicians taken for granted by the managers

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2).
