The organization is full of incompetent personnel who are always busy in politics and are spoiling the fresh and young lot who are eager to work and want to do something new and valuable for scientific community and national development. Most of the seniors are in the habit of professionally harassing their sub ordinates/ juniors. There's no job security and career growth and merit. The contract of a Scientific Officer Electronics who was well experienced, back in 2015 was terminated on hatred feelings, political grounds and inter departmental politics among seniors and personal disliking behaviors. He was replaced by his technician who worked under his command, less qualified, not experienced and skilled and was appointed on same position by the higher management. Deputy Director, DG and other seniors have no clear image of the vision what they actually wanna do in the institute. A pathetic workplace.
