Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

boss is very unprofessional, work is not categorized, one person is asked to do another persons work ....professionalism is literally 0. no growth, no benefits, nothing. but for students it is a good option as they care for their students only not employees. also boss is always busy in backbiting of his employees with his frnds and visitors.
