...ulture 2. Since it's a government organisation, they heavily follow protocols 3. Employees are hired on contract basis, that too on very low pay. The pay has nothing to do with your qualifications or years of experience. 4. Since it's a government organisation and involves public money, only an IAS officer has the complete authority to make decisions.

Organization is good having different areas to work upon research, training and govt schemes. Office environment is but not working culture.

Dislikes

Top management is good, but the middle management not having good working culture. No inclusiveness of the employees with the organization. Restrictions and rules imposed in a day but benefits can not be sanctioned in a year time also. Compare to a normal industry, the employee benefits are very poor and the attrition rate is too high because of the management policies.

It is an autonomous institute in training. The job satisfaction is average but work life balance is excellent. The work experience and satisfaction highly depends on the top management particularly on the attitude, behaviour and vision of bureaucrats...
