There is nothing to like in administration of NIOS

Don't waste your valuable time in contact job at NIOS. There is no future and job security. I challenge NIOS management to create only the JNV's and KV's as their public examinations centres across the India then you will see how your admission graph comes down in just 2 years.

NIOS is in good condition but the higher staff are not supporting to other staff. In between COVID-19 lock down period I am lost my job and when i call for joining they reply no we don't have any job. Last 3 years m serving my service in NIOS but at this crucial time they just through me like a (makkhi).

Let me start telling you about Teaming - Quite Amazing, you may not able to understand without actually being there. It feels alive and the environment is open. Good with the economy. Many aspires can be easliy growth from here, work-life is minimally disbalanced coz, the timing deffers a quite bit (it affected me coz i am a workoholic) .
