No proper management, very poor infrastructure at regional centres

Dislikes

Management and Administration are partial towards contractual employees, there are no beneficial scemes including pf and health benefits for contractual employees

Nothing. Govt support must be reduced to 50%. Employees must be made to earn through consultancy. Emphasis must be on applied research (90%) and academic research should be left to universities and IITs.
