It is a terrible organization to work for. People don't get promotions over 2 decades. There's no appreciation of work and neither any culture to inculcate future growth. Overall, today NIFT is a horrible institute to work.

Working as a guest lecturer gave me the liberty of running my own business at the same time taking classes , plus it has inspired me to see the new and emerging talent in the current generation

NIFT is the worst institute to work, I have seen the life of employees are miserable.

There is no job security,no coperation from upper authorities. Horrible institute,not following any government norms.

Understanding of other working professionals and interest of students for learning in best manner.

Few teaching professionals were little uncomfortable or hesitant in interacting with me for whom while passing out from NIFT; for the analysis of their Final Project I was as an External Jury Member.

It's great to be with so many young budding designer...interesting to learn their views and it's a blessing to be able to contribute to make their learning experience better and their lives easy.

Dislikes

In the design field,The management needs to be more humane and not bureaucratic and diplomatic. The focus should always be students and nothing else. Too many red tapes and politics amongst faculty and administration spoils the fun of learning and love for teaching.
