Employees were good. There is a possibility of growth. And since one person has to look after multiple verticals so one gradually develops different type of skills during the work period

Dislikes

... is no work-life balance. They compel you to work on Sundays and other holidays. And the company fails to pay the employees on time. (Salaries can be pending for months). Bullying and discriminatory management.

Likes

It was always on the edge and tedious. The office was quiet ,you could almost hear apin drop, and by that I mean literally. But the Director was always good to me. I did my work as well I could, and he always appreciated that unlike some of the employees who started calling me a teacher's pet. But it was what it was. I quit on my own terms because I wanted to start my own business which was quite unfortunate because COVID happen and we had to close down because of incurring heavy losses during the shutdown.

Dislikes

The office was too quiet. It was as if the employees were afraid of something. I wasn't bothered by it because I was doing my work and none could say I didn't finish my projects deligently and in time. I even completed others work without taking any credit for myself.
