नेशनल इंफ्रा एक बहुत ही बेहतरीन कंपनी हैं ,इसके बहुत से brances इंडिया भर में हैं । इसके ऑनर श्री प्रितपाल सिंह आनंद लेबर से लेकर इंजीनियर तक से अच्छे से पेश आते हैं , उनकी सबसे बड़ी खूबसूरती हैं की वे 80+ होने के बाद भी खुद से काम को देखते हैं ।। कुल मिलाकर इस कंपनी के साथ मुझे वर्क करके बहुत अच्छा लगा।।

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
