Being a statutory body under the Government of India this organisation offers impeccable job security, a good salary and decent prerequisites.

Dislikes

A decent place to work suffering from toxic work environment caused by poor HR functioning and decisions. Delayed appraisal and promotion processes etc.

The company has adopted the modern computer technology very well. The legal team of the company is one of the best in Banking industry. The employees are looked after very well. The staff needs more training in regulatory & inspection fields.There is need to develop specialisation.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
