No Job security for Contractual Employee. Salary is paid through third party agency. There is no Employer Employee relationship with NHAI. Your Project Director may treat you like slave. No work ethics. There is also feeling of insecurity and loosing the job. No skill development/ trainings for contractual employees. If one is not seeking any growth in his career he may join on the post of Site Engineer in NHAI.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only salary is good due to several allowances.

Dislikes

Poor management, very poor job security and exploitation at its best. There is no employer employee relationship between NHIDCL and its employees and the worst part is a office order is issued stating the same. There is no job training and no professionalism. At every level pleasing the boss is the motto of NHIDCL.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It was nice working there wih a good salary. The office environment was very positive and friendly. All my teammates were quite Cooperative and hardworking, it was a nice experience working there. The work schedule was comfortable not hectic. My boss was also very considerable and undestanding. The office location was also also very beautiful as it was a Hilly area.

Dislikes

Salary was good but growth is very slow. There very less scope for my Career growth and my skill development. Due to less work pressure i dont get much to learn there....so there was not that much for my personal growth and development.
