Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive they give average salary hike and bonus every year but management is not Good.

There is a lot of politics and the management is not good and supportive salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 18 months before which you cannot resign. If resign not give to experience letter and security money.

Overall companies experience till date has been good, policies are good. Appraisals are fair but salary hike is bit less than expected. Environment of company is good team mates are supportive

The volume load and the diversity of cases in regards to the cardiac anaesthesia are spectacular. You would learn a lot and most importantly learn how to deal with and manage the stress of workload and dealing with the cardiovascular surgeons.
