National Health mission is a central project which is work base on Hospital Management. I job role is Asst.Audiologist which is responsible for testing hearing problem, testing for speach problem. My posting was in Mon dist, Nagaland

Salary is not getting timely and very low .

...ding upon the place of posting . Nice staff. Nice place to learn all the skills. Salary on time .

Bad infrastructure at the peripheral hospital.Short staffed in most of them.No special benefits to the employees.Almost all are underpaid.

Very good improvement in MCH Services like high risk pregnancy tracking and maternal death reviews and child death reviews. Effective VPD SURVEILLANCE and Overall improvement in Patients care. Also focus on QUALITY work. Glad to be part of NHM.

Dislikes

...re not being taken in service bye laws, no benefits except 5% annual increment. Overall salary falls below Nursing Officers and BAMS Doctor's. THERE SHOULD BE EQUAL WORK EQUAL PAY.

I like only benefits which patient easily get from hospital. Like free all things like medicine testing etc..

We never get salary time to time.. not proper progress of our place. Not increasing salary like permanent staff. We do all work like permanent staff but not get proper respect like them..

...s like job security, zero transfer policies , no CCL facility,no EL facilities . Salary hikes are very low. Not a good environment to work. Bosses are terribly uncooperative.

Salary is very low, no career growth. Every year the contract should be renewed and there are lot of loop holes in this. The management doesn't address our issues.
