Dislikes

Salary disparity; for instance someone employed today can earn higher than someone who has been working for over years with the same qualifications or sometimes less. The work environment is poor. There is no on the job training for fresher's so the same staff who are not paid well have to come back and train fresher's and sometimes it's not easy. There is performance review but does not change anything in our status in the institution. No promotions, No bonuses, poor condition of service. Training is done for selected few. No educational assistant. Delay in working logistics. No transfers.
