There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Teammates had very nice behavior with me ,training was very growthful for me as a apprentice trainee ,salary I have got in stipend ,but no travel allowance ,I learnt there a lot and work environment was very good

... are available for those who wanted to learn more and more. Job is well secured. Salary is good among the Mini Rattan Companies. There is not much politics in the working area. In NFL the technology used is latest and state of art ( DCS/ESD, PLC, ESR, Monitoring of High speed machines with VMS systems.

Some times the got stagnated for further avenues/promotions.

...dam (TS) for production of 12.70 LMTUPA that may start production by Dec 19 end. It is good company which has good pay scales, good promotion policy, good team work. Company's Turnover is 12245 crores for the year 2018-19. Really a good company in all respect.
