Good environment,lots of cultural and social activities. Only permanent employees get PF, TA, DA, HRA etc benifit.

Dislikes

Worst upper management, lots of politics, no comparative salary, and no job security for consultant, even I lost my job after write this review.

In terms of salary, this company offers the best remuneration. They offer accommodation which is a huge positive. They conduct regular training for overall development.

You won't find much growth within the company.

They assure people and farmers development which is absolutely fake, The Human Resource Manager is totally biased and will not listen anything when complaint is made regarding use of offensive language and threats to terminate if complaint is passed forward against their own NDDB employee. Highly pathetic situation

Work culture is good. You can learn many new things. Challenging projects.

Dislikes

They keep on relocating and transferring you to all the remote place in the world which will hamper your lifestyle and everything

The organisation is quite open for freshers. Really a great start for freshers of any field, since work environment is good. And more careful training is being given to freshers in terms of integrity and professionalism. Most of my colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds inspight of which the work goes smooth.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high sometimes and you need to sacrifice your personal life for that. I felt some work politics here. People are misused by taking their emotions for granted. However supervisors, managers, Sr managers and directors are cooperative but decision making process is quite slow and dependent on one another.
