Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Most thing i loved is i can help indian citizen who is in trouble he can call Goverment Helpline National Consumer Helpline and we provide legal advise so he can feel relax of depression and we be too much proud when consumer call us to thanks for our work as we solve them issue in just 7 Working Days. There is freedom of work, If you complete your work honestly than you can live like king, If your Work is not as up to mark than also higher authority will be support you.

There is incetive related issue if you working here more than 3 years till your salary will be hike only 2,000/- To 2500/- As per freasher. Candidate
