Growth is slow and salary also based on performance. Even you work hard , you will not be appraised and appreciated. There is limited leaves option.

Very bad company. यहां चापलूसो का बहुत चलता है increment के नाम पर ये लोग termination करते है salary नहीं बढ़ाते है जो बॉस का खास आदमी रहेगा उनका ही salary बढ़ता है और यहां काम करने वाले लोग secure नहीं है । सीनियर person की गलती को इग्नोर करने के लिए हेड ऑफिस वाले बोलते हैं। यहां कोई लाइफ नहीं है। और इसमें गलती से भी कोइ जॉइन ना करे। यहां काम करने से अपना experience खराब होगा।

The reporting system of company is very disgusting. Increment do not depend upon performance, this totally depend upon buttering.
