...l known warehousing company. Its a pleasure to me to work under this company, Only one problem is that they gives a very low salary structure at ground level staff but gives good salary to upper level. HR policies is bad. Over all company is good but bad in salary structure.

.... Seniors will not allow new joinees to grow. Hr dept is absolutely waste there. They give salary within time.

HEADS behave unprofessionally. No growth in career when employees joined in junior levels and they crush the growth of employees with invalid reasons.

Most important is increment last 8 year's I m working with NCML But My salary is just Rs 6919 and last 8 year's My salary increment is just Rs 900 It's not good any other Collateral companies.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary , appraisal , work life balance all is good in this company , it is a good company to work in agriculture business and operation sector , I was into Project division which is not a good place to be in this company for simple reason that this is not a core construction company. Work culture is very nice , salary is on time , leaves are best as per industrial norms.

Politics is immense in this company , career growth not available for engineering department , lot of traveling , office job is good but field job is not.
