The relation between the college and local people is not good People believe that the institution being in their own land should be used as their home forexample interms of recruitment and giving roles and priorities

Team mates. Cheap and filthy politics. particularly in Physics dept UAP one particular person Dr.Jk is responsible for this. He use to send out people once in a semester. because of him Physics UAP has no job security. He use to charge with false accusations and send eligible professors out of their jobs.
