I worked as a postdoctoral fellow /faculty and Team lead. I worked in a new lab with new project and new students so called teammates. The ability of working and publications are very high that time. About 5 Master studenysnd two PhD was awarded during my time. I honored with role of a team lead to graduate and publishing their work with out wasting the knowledge. The facilities and the cofaculty are awesome to complete the assigned job. The innovation I involved was very interesting to publish high impact journals or to establish a new industry. The work is novel and their administration skills are attractive. Friendly environment to work. They have good facilities to manage health. Facilities such as world class gym, all types of play grounds and yoga meditation centers. It has a world class library. It’s arctic was excellent in a about vast area.

Dislikes

Work life balance is depends on individual. Teammates are made my a leader. Salary was not that attractive and politics are so so. I am not well aware of it. Somehow job security and growth was not very attractive
