Everything over here is recommendations. Employment harassment. Looking down on lower employees. Some are favourite and some are not favoured and tortured. There was a lady who got promoted to section officer position and she asked all the girls to not to talk to me as I am low grade worker. Even she asks thr boss to not give leave. So miserable. And there is no research at all. It's only a loss. Ncl shares fell 50 percent Total waste

Almost nothing.

I'm working in their IT team, and they're pulling off IT work literally like it's a government job. No management, definitely no work culture, spent humongous amount of taxpayers' money in a system which the end users hate and don't want anymore. End users are not even informed about the functional changes about the system, and they take out their anger on developers. And these end users are "testing" the system, since 5 years, they're from CSIR's 5 out of 37 labs, and we have received nothing but negative remarks from them. The system is built in out of date technology, which does no benefit to the developer, in fact takes him back in past instead of advancing. Developers are asked to do their work without any random way and the end result is not even remotely imagined and results into a terrible user experience. This can go on and on.

Work environment and culture are best. Food is nice. Security is superb. Teammates, My supervisor Dr. Ram Rup Sarkar sir and other officers at electrical department, civil department and administration are all friendly, supportive, and helpful. Currently I am not working in NCL because tenure of my project ended in March 19, 2020 only. And right now their is no project based on my experiences. So I am not an employee of NCL. But working at NCL for 6 months were best days of my life. I was happy their working at night 9:00 PM and working at morning 9:00 AM. I feel blessed to work under the supervision of Dr. Ram Rup Sarkar sir.
