Salary is good compared to other labs in ahmedabad.

Dislikes

I don't like work culture here. They do not give you proper training before giving you work. You have to learn by yourself. And once you learn your workload will increase bt salary and appreciation will not.

I was joined the company in 2018 as fresher Mechanical Engineer. I have worked here for 5 years. I must have to say that it was good learning opportunity with the economical benefits. Learn a lot about more than 50 various instrument calibration both in the lab and off the lab as company has very vast NABL scope. Calibration managers are all supportive to assist during this period. Within 3 months time I got promoted and every year in April I got the salary increment. As I planned to move out of India, I quit my job. I can recommend NCQC for Job without any doubt.

Dislikes

As company has wide scope of various instruments, sometime you have to help other field colleagues but its OK. I can learn lot in other field like electrical and thermal instrument as well.

That is call not office is that like bhaji markert and only name standard but not follow ruled of NABL(17025) only pest sticker and making Report use software. With NABL lab & education center froud.
