This is the biggest youth organization in India. I love this organization from the bottom of my heart because of its uniqueness. The aims of the organization is to develop the all round personality of cadets and groom them to become tommorow’s leaders. If cadets are nurtured and groomed properly , India can see a better future.

Dislikes

There is a tremendous scope for improvement. Lot of office procedures and unnecessary documentation deviates the staff from the main objective. More than strengthening and enlightening the youth, time is spent on other unnecessary activities.
