1. Office politics is in high level. 2. Rule changes every single day as per admin's wish. 3. Those are getting increments who are licking admin's and management's foot. And doing chaplusi Giri of them they are getting salary increments and all other facilities.

The distribution of the power is not as per as Hierocracy so you may feel sometimes clueless to approach for the solution of your problems, salary is averagely good but the appraisal is very poor. If there is an increment for eg 2500 is increment amount then 2-month increment amount will be kept as a deposit total of 5000 which you will get after you leave the job so in short increment is applicable from the third month, Highly politics is been played so been diplomatic and Brown noser of your boss is the only option to survive there. If you are joining for the specific designation you have to be involved in other unassigned multitasking activities which creates pressure and also slows down your growth. Higher senior authorities are very much interested in personal life which may sometimes affect your mental health. There is no work-life balance. At a point, you will Quickly reach to lag phase and you may feel stagnant for your career. They will keep your 2-month salary as a deposit and you have to sign a bond of 2 yrs more or less may vary you will lose the deposit, experience letter, increment amount of 2months if you resign without completing your bond period also without giving prior notice of 1 month(R&D)

Only fancy people and things are appreciated. Management and head himself always have thier nose in everything you do professionally and personally. Micromanagment. One loses their knowledge because there no scope for development and no place for skill enhancement. Extracurricular is more than actual work. Patient management is bad as well. Ego and politics is the primary function here.

Staff is good and polite except the admins and the medical director himself.

Dislikes

There is more dirty politics than work. Here they don't have any value or respect about their staff. No maternity leaves too. They make you resign the job instead. Few seniors try and demean you on every occasion however hard- working one is. The MD threatens people to do his work and if denied termination is for sure. One of the most horrible organisation ever seen.
