Good salary at fresher level for few months. Later they will fire.

Worst company I have ever seen. People will regret to join here. Zero job security and full of politics by zonal manager and Regional HR.
... time to time. Good environment for work . Good platform to career growth here .I always found good increment of salary. Really NBHC gave me good direction for my career growth.
Not given to enough time to family. Very busy schedule here.

More than worst HR and managers. No salary, lot of work pressure even on Sundays. IT is worst and non technical head. They want only less salary peoples who can work atleast 1 year after that no increment and ask employee to leave to balance their budget every year.
I reached to complete 3 years in NBHC but disappoint to get hike.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology and new ideas. I love the fact that i am the part of business development team also managing the Gandhidham cluster. One plus point is that my colleagues come from different culture and we work here as a family with due collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire ploicy here.
Compensation is decent, team is good. Straight forward opinions as not accepted in a positive manner, individual strengths are ignored. Organisational politics which is everywhere i guess.
