absolutely nothing to like about the company. before i joined i spoke to one of my previous manager and he works at RAK bank and he told me, its good that you got a job but don't stop looking for job, as NBF is terrible for employees. Especially for the outsource staff

Dislikes

They want to squeeze the maximum out of you. giving you absolutely no space, no work balance, constant pressure with no adequate staff, no standard pay, work on holidays. its a over all complete bad experience for me. I would never work for NBF even of they offered a better pay. Mental health is much more precious than little bit of more money
