Work culture, especially for the outsourced staff, use to the max and then pressure to the max to point where you yourself will quit, then they hire new staff and the cycle continues. In my banking career the worst experience.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
