Initially the work culture feels good but when you come to know what actually lies within it will cause you to lose interest, there is no proper protocols explained while joining then starts the politics they start to blame on you

Dislikes

They say they maintain rules and protocols but it is unprofessional way of following the rules, they assure work from home is allowed during interview but when work from home is done it is not considered, also office timings is a cheat code stuff they say it is 9:15 to 5:45 but it went beyond the specified timings also OT is considered from 6:45 and not from 5:45 it’s a big loss for anyone who would want to work to earn
