Working since 2007, salary till now only Rs 23000 pm. No pension benefit / no EPF.. working monday to saturday full time. Since Counsellor job description required Master degree even though pay is so meagerly very very low. Still work increased day by day. Many new things and trainning is coming more and more, but well-being or benefit for hard working staff is lacking..
