Working since 2007, salary till now only Rs 23000 pm. No pension benefit / no EPF.. working monday to saturday full time. Since Counsellor job description required Master degree even though pay is so meagerly very very low. Still work increased day by day. Many new things and trainning is coming more and more, but well-being or benefit for hard working staff is lacking..

Same as my previous comment + as an Master degree qualification our pay is same with nurse, lab tech, data manager and pharmacist as well. What on earth is this type of salary structure based??????

Life Deteriorated, stressfull life, feeling of insecurity, we care for our clients but our employer doesn't care for its staffs. Tension and stress is a big challenge in terms daily life, it effect our mental health. Almost in a state of depression.
