Working since 2007, salary till now only Rs 23000 pm. No pension benefit / no EPF.. working monday to saturday full time. Since Counsellor job description required Master degree even though pay is so meagerly very very low. Still work increased day by day. Many new things and trainning is coming more and more, but well-being or benefit for hard working staff is lacking..

...ation our pay is same with nurse, lab tech, data manager and pharmacist as well. What on earth is this type of salary structure based??????

... level, will get a perfect job security, your career can grow up even as a govt. Employee, salary are not that good, not much of traveling, no politics are related, working environment is very good....!

Everything is so good. Especially the staff, they are one of the most cooperative people I have ever worked with. If you have any emergency, you can go home early, also, you can come to office a bit late. It's awesome. No pressure at all. I am the youngest person here, so I get more and more responsibilities from the boss. The only thing is, you get less appreciated for all the hard work and multi tasking you do than you deserve. Overall, it's a decent organization with a beautiful staff.

There is nothing I dislike about AIDS Control Foundation, this organization has helped me in various ways.
