No HR department. Management behaves with draconian mindset exploiting employees. Appraisals are not equitable and based on sycophancy. Lost the purpose and vision of the founder. All skilled employees left the organisation due to non-existence of responsible HR system. Would seriously advise against joining the organisation at any level.

It's the worst company to work for. They have not allowed me to complete my notice period and also not paid for the month before I resigned, so never joined this organization.
