... growth and opportunities and job security are very poor compared to other jobs.And getting salary is also a typical task you need to wait for 2-3 months sometimes may be more also. but it is my passion to teach what i know to people who are interested in learning.apart all these issues i enjoyed working in a great society named NAC.

Major part is computer faculty for the policemen. Rest of the time, mobilizing students for training. Interact with various industries for jobs. Approaching government officials to provide better training to the trainees.

It depends on the Head of the Institution. But the same is now being offered to retired engineer-in-chiefs who are usually appointed by state govt who are not really persons to make a mark on the institutional goals.
