It is very unprofessional. Work is not appreciated here. Here only their own special people are promoted. Seniors do not help. they do not even tell you are being fired from the job. It does not seem that the work of a National Party (BJP) of the country is being done by a Company (Nation With Namo) which itself does not follow the rules.

Despite being more skilled, my compensation was less. They did not increase it. I got exceeds expectations and yet no bonus, no increment, while others did Work life balance was really bad. Sundays were working too. Every week, atleast one night we worked till 2 AM. Usual time of working was till 10 PM.

Just salary is on the time other wise everything is bad in this company

I dislike is this company is. Work style there is no time to rest you need to work 24*7 days no time to lunch break dinner or other time you have to work very bad atmosphere and your job security is zero

Work from Home saves a lot of other costs. Higher than average salary for freshers. Ability to have an impact on Policies & Political Environment of the country.

Work Culture. Timings are generally over the expectations.

The work is amazing, enough learning opportunities and it's kind of a newer area so it's pretty interesting.

...ally ignore you to death. You will find no solution from them in your urgency. The remuneration - they will pay you as if they are doing a favor on you. They do not consider your personal issues to be genuine.
