My personal experience suggest to other that NSH is a very excellent company for learning .secured job depends upon someone's wish.food is the worst for North Indian's. Salary will get within time.scale is very less as well as promotion & increment ll get very minimal.

1. First, consider NSH as a mass labor contractor, not as a tier 1/2/3 etc. contractors, Their systems, peoples, culture & standards are up to that only, in Short to say. 2. NSH have few engineers/ profession just for formal/ custom reasons. These Professionals are powerless to change the labor contractor image. 3. The tier 1 clients use NSH for their huge mobilization capabilities, other wise it will be hectic for these clients ( It is like you employ a person to clean your dirt). They handle them in that aspects only. 4. Bad organization for experienced and worst organization for freshers. You may see other reviews that it is only good for freshers. But why do I say this is, for an opportunity sake when a fresher learns this culture of work, he will be a spoiled child through out his career. At least an experienced if they manage in this place can be less affected. 5. Attitude/ behavior etc etc of management peoples (from Camp boss to country admin In charge) is Highly alarming ( I have put very very diplomatically, but no wrong to be considered for the worst words) and needed immediate actions by top management. Soon I expect some high critical incidents for their collapse. 6. Their is nothing like totally good or fully bad for anything. The decision to accept a bad or reject a Good and be successful depends upon the situation. Overall & the most accepted judgement of mine is, "NSH knows to handle things only in a 3rd grade way and not suited for a professional growth or professional persons or a persons who aspires to develop him as a professional in career & personal front. Can be suited only for labor category who doesn't have options due to his poverty. I say these after clear observation over them and definitely my results are not biased due to bad encounters with them.

Fast Resources availability at works. Good for learner and non experience holders.

Dislikes

No increment even after 4 years. No OT for staff. No bonus scheme. No promotion scheme. No development and training program. No recognition to hard workers. Few relative’s staff gets increment. Others deprived of increment.

It’s Refinery project. I like working in oil and gas sector.

Dislikes

No bonus, no yearly increments, HR can’t do even after appraisal. Workers did strike that was very ridiculous in camp. There’s no growth even after 3 yrs. Company rather cancels VISA and provides new one so that employee can’t claim indemnity amount as per labor law.
