There is no increment, and min 12 hour's duty excluding travle time.

Accomodation & Food quality is worst, duty hours is min 12 hour's, there is no respect for engineers. Company hired me foe one year and send me back within 6 months, also they didn't consider your salary from the date of arrival. Worst company i have seen in my career.

Work is very hectic, too much overload and pressure, officially at 10 hours duty, but you can't ho before 12 hour's, without paying overtime you have to work at free of cost.
