Flexible work hours, hybrid work mode, workload on an average is not much. Work life balance is there!

Monotonous work learning curve not that great Too much focus on securing data/documents/reports etc. Teams dont take end to end responsibility, believes in delegating tasks.

Nasscom is a great company in terms of collaboration with government departments.

Dislikes

Lot of things can be improved- 1. Nasscom has 8 divisions and no coordination among each other. 2. Replica of similar work in an industry sectors which creates confusion for the customer. for ex- 3/4 divisions are working in academia and offering similar solutions at variable prices. the price difference can be 10%-100%. 3. No employee orientation program for the new employees. 4. Lot of formality for the sales team to get travel approvals.

Likes

It's a great place to learn and develop one's core competence. One can choose to take on an initiative (as long as it dovetails with the overall vision) and drive it independently. This is a rarity in a corporate environment where most people have to function within tightly-defined boundaries.

Nothing exceptional to speak of really.
