Naskar engg. Works co. Is a manufacturer co. Employees salary very low & co. Infrastructure very poor condition. So, my apraisal any kind of employee dont come & join of this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 10-11 hours straight & office timing not set anytime call me for come to the office. Also, no on-job training for freshers. Hence senior folks like me hve to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime.
