It is important to note that there is no perfect organization. That being said, NTL has its strengths and weakness but work here because of its strengths.

Workplace is maintained very well. Very near to peenya metro station.

Dislikes

No learning at all. Management is a big cheat. T&C keeps on changing person to person and always favours management. Most of the employes are practicing Brother-sister, father -son kind of family relationships in office. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. Few managers are language biased. You will find many individual groups inside the same team, gives a feel of political parties in our country. Managers are offended if not addressed by SIR/MADAM and take unimaginable revenge for the same, including life threatening revenge.

Good place to work and learn more things not only on core domain, but where one can also learn and work closely with other departments such as Mechanical, Electronics, Etc.. Team work Office infrastructure Lab facilities

HR policies keeps on changing as the organization wishes. HR is a big lier Managers will try to bring you down and try to rule on you if you don't node your heads for what ever he says. You'll get to learn being lazy here. Management is least bothered about their promises and T&C. No professionalism at all in this organization. No security for yourself.
